In 2009, for every alleged terrorist killed, over a hundred innocent people are murdered.
In 2009, 39 out of 44 drone strikes killed ONLY civilians.

According to one recent estimate by Pakistani officials, some 700 Pakistani civilians, the majority of them women and children, were killed by Hellfire missiles fired by drones in attacks ordered by the White House during Obama’s first year in office. The officials indicated that for every alleged Al Qaeda or Taliban figure killed in these remote-controlled assassinations, 147 civilians have died.

Pakistan’s government reported US drones killed only civilians in 39 of 44 attacks on their country in 2009; with over 700 innocent civilians killed, according to Pakistans most widely-read English newspaper. Pakistan has repeatedly publicly denounced the US attacks, making the US guilty of War Crimes as they do not have explicit permission from Pakistan’s government.

President Obamas sneak visit to Afghanistan this weekend, although shrouded in secrecy, still received lots of prime press coverage.
At the same time, an astonishing open admission of possible US war crimes by Obamas man on the ground in Kabul, senior American and NATO commander in Afghanistan General Stanley A. McChrystal, was reported by Richard A. Oppel Jr. in the New York Times... and then promptly ignored by the rest of the mainstream media.
"We have shot an amazing number of people, but to my knowledge, none has ever proven to be a threat," McChrystal said during a recent video-conference to answer questions from troops in the field about civilian casualties.
According to the militarys own figures, American and NATO troops firing from passing convoys and military checkpoints have killed 30 Afghans and wounded 80 others since last summer, but as McChrystal noted, none of the victims proved to be a danger to the troops.
So I guess intentionally slaughtering innocent civilians is fine and dandy for Neoconbama, but he is such a thin-skinned little pansyass that hell dismiss his personally chosen executioner just because of a stupid comment.
If our government werent so f***ed up and corrupt, McChrystal would have been fired for being so lackadaisical about the intentional killings of civilians - and not a harmless comment.

Answer: No, but it shows that the war is over. However, Obama doesn't have the balls to end it.
He will continue in Bush's perverse groove of indefinite warfare.

A guard has been killed and scores of lorries set on fire in an attack on a Pakistani supply terminal used by Nato and US forces in Afghanistan.
Kashaf Alam, a police official, said around 30 suspected Taliban fighters attacked the terminal with rockets and guns early on Sunday near Peshawar city in the countrys northwest.
The fire engulfed around 100 lorries and shipping containers.
Kifayatullah Khan, the terminals manager, said 62 of the destroyed containers carried Humvees and other military vehicles for Western forces in Afghanistan.
He said his terminal only handled lorries carrying military supplies for Afghanistan.
Supply route targeted
The Taliban has carried out a a series of similar attacks in recent weeks, aimed at disrupting the vital supply route for US and Nato troops into Afghanistan through the Khyber Pass.
Supply lorries carry 75 per cent of the food and fuel for the foreign troops in Afghanistan.
A Taliban spokesman told Al Jazeera two weeks ago that such attacks would continue "until the [Afghan] government and the Americans are smashed".
"We want to show them they are not all-powerful and the mujahadin of Afghanistan can carry out attacks on our enemies in any part of the country," Zabiullah Mujahid, the spokesman, said.
Coalition forces have reportedly discussed opening new supply routes into the country through Russia, and even Iran.
More attacks
Al Jazeeras Kamal Hyder, in Islamabad, the capital of Pakistan, said: "It is not the first time that such an attack has taken place.
"Just a few months ago over 60 trucks laden with fuel were sabotaged by elements, who later on took responsibility, opposed to the war in Afghanistan and want to send a strong signal.
"[The government] has not been able to provide the necessary security. There are critics of the government who say that all the security is employed to look after the very important personalities and the elite elements of society."
Imitaz Gul, a political analyst in Islamabad, told Al Jazeera: "I think the likelihood is there are going to be more attacks ... I think we are likely to see more reaction by the Taliban, by the militants, to what the American troops and in particular the CIA [do]."
Hamid Mir, a Pakistani journalist, told Al Jazeera: "I think that this particular incident is a response to attacks yesterday by the Americans in the North Waziristan area.
"The growing tension between Pakistan and India will certainly help these militants. If Pakistans army moves from the western to the eastern border then these militants will be the beneficiary.
"Because of the Indian-Pakistan tension they [the Pakistan army] are not concentrating on beefing up the security in Peshawar."
