How will I survive Thanksgiving and Black Friday?

So Thanksgiving day I am expected to help cook all day, eat with everyone and help clean up. Which means getting up at 11 am at the latest and be up the entire day until 8 pm at the absolute earliest. This wouldnt be a problem if it werent for Black Friday, which my schedule is as follows: Job1: 2:30 am- 11:30 am Job2: 12:30 pm- 6 pm Job3: 6:30 pm- 10:30~11 pm Ive already been told that I was being extremely selfish for even considering not participating for the Thanksgiving events by my boyfriends step mom, who also added that for the last 10 years shes been going to bed at 9 and getting up at 2, even though she doesnt work at all and takes a lot of naps during the day. When I told her my schedule she just rolled her eyes like I was being over dramatic. However with how many hours I am working that day, and the fact that it will be crazy due to the Black Friday deals, I dont think 5 hours will cut it. As is, I was going had a mini stock of energy drinks/5 hours/instant coffee to get me though the day when I need an energy boost; I know its not the healthiest but it will help me through the day WHEN I NEED IT. How can I get enough sleep for Black Friday and not get delusional, but without offending anyone for not helping prepare, clean, and/or eat? Is there a way that I can make everyone happy without me suffering so much? Whoops mustve forgot to say that. Yes I live with her and my boyfriend and his dad. I was actually hoping they were going somewhere else because yes,work is important and more important than the holiday for me (last Christmas I was so wiped out from the holiday rushes and two jobs that i slept most of Christmas day). If I didnt live with them I would say say screw it. And I had to take a 3rd job because hours are scarce. I was (and still am at this moment) just barely making enough for bills. I had to use my credit card to purchase alot of other stuff (I tried to find a way around it but I cant make a black blouse white for work, for one example).
Answer: Look, get up eary on T-day. Help early. Instead of helping till 8, tell people you have to leave, or go to bed early and are leaving around 6 or 6:30. Unless you invited everyone to your house for dinner, then it's really not your responsibility to stay up late to help. Just go and pitch in more a bit earlier.

Hi everyone! So a little background - I really used to be the most honest, hard-working, devoted person in the world. I had my first boyfriend ever last year and fell in love with him. He was so charming and seemed like the perfect guy and called me his soul mate after 2 dates. Id never been flattered like that in my life, but I should have known it was too good to be true. He meant the world to me and I would do anything for him. Then he started calling me fat, pale, crazy, and all sorts of other not nice things, but for some reason I just kept trying harder because I wanted him to go back to the guy I remembered. He ended up dumping me and telling me it was my fault, but then having a new boyfriend 2 days later. I blamed myself for that for so long, and had to take the semester off because I had become such an emotional wreck. One year later (I refused to date other guys because I wanted to get better on my own, without a rebound), I met this really kindhearted and good guy. He reminds me of me a year ago. Hes so sweet, outgoing, shows initiative, and compliments me and my body. I feel safe when Im with him and I dont have that uneasy feeling in my heart anymore. Hes a gentleman and he never says a bad word to me. The problem is, I still dont believe him. When he says "Youre beautiful", I dont trust him. Its so stupid, because I know he means it, but I also thought the first guy meant it. I cant handle someone pulling a 180 on me again, it tore me apart. I want to be there for him, and give him my full heart. I want to go out of my way to make him feel special, to buy him great gifts, make him funny creative presents, and take him on vacations. I want to do everything I did for my first boyfriend, but Im still drained. Im still paranoid that hell take it all and then just throw me away. On Friday, my friends and I went out and had a little too much fun. Apparently I blacked out, which is just so shameful and trashy. I woke up in my own bed and remembered coming home and getting pizza so I felt like everything was okay. But then my friend called me and told me that we kissed. I dont have any feelings for him, hes just a friend. But I think cheaters are so disgusting, and feel like such a hypocrite. I care so much for my boyfriend, and I totally betrayed him and did what my ex did to me. I told him that day and he was really sweet about it and forgave me, and I promised not to drink like that ever again. But even though he forgave me, I still feel this awful guilt and keep crying. What the hell is wrong with me? Will I ever go back to being the stable person I was a year ago? How can I learn to trust this guy, if I cant even trust myself? I would never have done any of this a year ago. I never would have blacked out, I never would have cheated, and I never would be so paranoid about someone who is showing he cares. Please help me

Hhow can i convince my parents to let me get the more expensive phone?

So Im getting a new phone on Virgin Mobile within the next two months. My parents are extremely. extremely against me getting an expensive phone. Theyve given me an $80 cap and the only phone I can get with that is the LG Rumor Touch, of which I would rather not get. Im looking for a nice, decent phone that wont shit out on me, but Im a heavy messager and NEEd to have a physical keyboard. My other options are the garbagey Samsung Intercept (ABSOLUTE NO!!!) and the LG Optimus Slider, which Id love, but is a crazy $200 that my parents will NEVER allow. Unless it goes veery verrryyy cheap on Black Friday....and you know how unlikely that is. I...dont know what to do. The Rumor Touch has so many bad reviews, and every phone Ive had has had issues, and I cant stand having a buggy phone. Id love to have an android phone but I have an iPod touch so there arent many things I need for a phone. I went to see how much I could get for my iPod if I sold it to put towards a phone, and it was only a ridiculously low $57 for a 3rd gen 32GB iPod Touch with iOs5, and thats barely anything. So even with that, Id have not even enough.....and they wouldnt even let me get a phone that cost that much. What they dont understand is that better, higher quality phones cost more. I dont know what to do. Help? Im not begging for a cellphone. Im not fifteen. And Id prefer to buy a new phone, also the phone I want is brand new so it wont be refurbished quite yet. Also why on earth would you keep buying phones for your irresponsible child?

How to get hair lighter for black haired people (the natural way)....?

Not really a question. Just a little informative if you didnt know. I recently was VERY successful in turning my hair a dark brown shade (without dye) just using natural home products! I just wanted to tell other people how I (an african-american btw with black hair) achieved it. All the sites say it cant be done. Well I had patience and perserverance and I got it done. Ingrediants 1. Unstablized Hydrogen Peroxide (the stuff your mom used for your ears when you were a baby) 2. Bottled lemon juice 3. Hair freezing gel 4. Hair dye brush (whatever its called. the shit you pass bleach with) Well ok. I got a bowl first. I took 2 handfuls of the freezing gel first. Then I dropped in the hydrogen peroxide. As much as you think you need. Sorry. I didnt write this down. lol. Then I dropped in lemon juice. Also again, as much as you think you need. But be weary of how much you put. Dont go crazy. This shit has to combine with the gel to remain in a gel-like state. You see what Im saying? So I mixed all the ingrediants together. It was really watery at first so I got pretty worried that it wouldnt work. I just applied more gel and a while later- they combined with the gel and it remained jelly. lol. So I took the hair dye brush and applied it all over my hair. As soon as I finished, I wrap up the ingrediants and bowl in aluminum or food wrap (dont throw away) and put it in the refrigerator. You can either blow dry your hair or air-dry it. It doesnt matter. As long as it becomes initially dry. Then you leave it in for 2 hours or more. You dont have to put anything on it if you dont want to. Wash it out with conditioner after the 2 hours (or more) are up. You may or may not see results as soon as you finished but you will by the end of the week. You have to repeat this process for the entire week. I reccomend following a Monday-Friday schedule. You start to see results Wednesday. Believe me or not, I saw results the first day! I have a really good mirror lol. But now I happy to report that my hair is exactly the shade I wanted it. Its great. But Its not something I plan to do all the time. I usually just take the easier route and buy La Bella Hair Lightening Gel. Which does all this work for you. Anyway, I just wanted to share that with you. I meant I used STABALIZED hydrogen peroxide!!
Answer: That's acutally pretty cool! When I was reading your thing I was like "UNstabilized Hydrogen Peroxide?" I was thinking is that safe? But Stabilize sounds better. Way to go! I might keep that in mind for me, since I'm black, but I already have dark brown hair anyway.

Would you take your baby out to wait in line for Black Friday?

My husband went to a store at about 3:30am this morning (crazy? Sure, but we got a great deal on something we needed).....anyway, he was waiting in line and there was a woman there with her baby who he says looked to be about 10 months old. It snowed here last night and around that time it was about 25 degrees outside. My husband was freezing so I can imagine how the poor baby felt. He says she had a stroller with some blankets in it but that the baby itself wasnt really bundled up and the mom was holding him and he was crying. Were not ones to be too nosy about others parenting, to each his own, but we both thought this was a bit much. What do you think? Would it be worth it for a once a year deal? The main thing I saw wrong with it was that the store didnt open its doors until 5am. Like I said, my husband got there at around 3:30am and the lady was there already. So who knows how long she had been waiting outside in the freezing cold with that poor baby. Taking your baby if the store was open doesnt seem that terrible to me, but I still feel it was a bit early. I would also wait until later in the day.
Answer: I would not take an infant to Black Friday shopping. My husband and I went this morning and saw a couple babies in line behind us. Where I live it was 36 degrees, with no snow, but we were still cold. Once we were inside one of the babies was in front of us at the check out line, and she was just jabbering away. I should mention that neither of the babies that we saw this morning were crying at all. Next year when our baby is here, my hubby has already volunteered to stay at home with the baby while I go shopping LOL.

Shopping problem? Help!?

I LOVE to shop. Its my natural instinct to go shopping before parties, school events, etc. During the Thanksgiving Black Friday event, I dragged my mom to the mall, and we must have spent about $300 in total. But the problem is that most of the clothes we buy ends up in the bottom of my closet because either a) they dont fit me well, meaning, really loose or b) they dont match any of my other stuff. Because of this "issue" Im normally lost in the morning with nothing to wear. My mom thinks Im crazy because we bought so much clothes but I end up wearing a few of them. I shop at Hollister, Aeropostale, Gap, and sometimes Old Navy. Now when we go to the mall, I really really want to get more clothes since the ones I have at home are hopeless, but my mom always rejects them because she thinks I have enough. And yesterday when we went to Macys, I bought a $30 Levis Jean and after she started getting upset because she thinks that Im just wasting her money. I really have a huge urge to go buy a lot of the stuff when we go to the mall. Lol, Im 12. How can I stop this urge? Im actually a really busy person. I have to play 2-3 hours of piano a day and I do winter running, track and cross country at my school. So the real problem is that I cant concentrate when I do those things because my mind is always on shopping.

Aah, help! How can I turn down this boy?!?

Sorry guys, this is way long, but I need to explain!! Please read! Okay, theres this kid named Anthony who goes to my school, and hes had a deep, burning crush on me for...well, quite a while. Hes a pretty nice kid, hes sort of shy...stocky, black-haired, with questionable hygeine...and heres the big issue. I will never, ever, EVER have feelings for this boy. I know this right now. He can be really creepy, and he follows me around like a lost puppy, I dont find him at all attractive (phsyically, personality-wise, mentally, etc.) and I would die before Id be alone with him, ANYWHERE. He figured out all of my classes and made sure he had them the same hour I do (luckily, I got it so we only have three together). In every class were both in, he makes sure he sits by me. He just WATCHES me, all the time...I can feel his eyes burning two holes in my head!! Normally, I just avoid him and try to make sure that we dont have too much interaction... ...except on Friday, he got me cornered--literally, he trapped me in a corner like a crazy psycho--and asked me to go to the Masquerade Ball with him (which was the next day). Heres my problem--I dont like being mean to guys unless they really deserve it. This kid isnt a jerk--hes just a creeper beyond reason. So, I was like, "Um...uh...WOW...uh...you know, I think I have something going on tomorrow. I think its my friends...ah...dance recital, I need to be there..." I didnt want to say, No, not interested, please stay 500 yards away at all times, even though thats how I feel. And he said, "Okay, could you make sure? Cause I really want to go with you." Stupidly, I was like, "Okay, Ill check, and Ill try and get back to you." Knowing perfectly well that I would NOT be getting back to him. So, I had my friends sneak me out of the backdoor of the school so that he couldnt catch me afterwards, and I got home safely, hoping that hed realize he missed me and give up. Um, no. SOMEHOW, he got my cell number. So he calls me on Saturday, asking me when is a good time to pick me up, and Im like, "Uh--you know, I have that recital. Sorry, but I dont think itll work." My friend did have a recital, but I wasnt planning on going. So he starts to sound like hes going to CRY, and then hes like, "Okay...could we go to the movies next Friday?" Luckily, my family and I are going on a backpacking trip that weekend, and I told him so. He was really disappointed. I know that hes going to keep asking me out, and Im going to have to keep pulling out the, Oh sorry, Im just so so so busy card. Its giving him false hope that there will ever come a day that Im NOT busy, and I want to figure out how to tell him that Im just not interested, not even in being friends. This seems easy enough, but I had another boy in a similar circumstance, and when I told him that I wasnt interested in him like that, he totally, TOTALLY snapped, and stalked me for two years. He developed this weird, "If I cant have you in life, Ill have you in DEATH!" complex, and frequently let me know he wanted to kill me. So that was not a great experience. And I can see Anthony totally snapping like that. Can somebody please help me?! I have to sit by this kid in half my classes, he makes sure our paths cross daily...I dont want to lead him on thinking that he has even a remote chance with me...but Im scared of telling him so! Id pull out the Oh, I have a boyfriend excuse, but my boyfriend and I recently decided to take a break and date other people for a while, since we live far away from each other...so I want to date other boys at my school, and thus, saying I have a boyfriend--which I currently dont--is a no-go.
Answer: Um..not to quibble but he already sounds like a stalker. I know you don't want to hurt his feelings but he's just not backing off. I've been in this situation and I finally just said "I'm not ever going to be anything but friends..trust me I won't change my mind". After that I just decided that if he pushed me I'd go to parents, counselors whatever I had to do. Luckily, he left me alone after that. If you lead him on even a little bit, you've got a barnacle for life. Maybe someone else on here has better advice..? I hope you get it sorted pretty quickly.

2 months ago my Scorpio ex of a year broke up with me (5 months on and off/7 month long distance) under some crazy circumstances leaving me hurt angry and confused. The week or better yet many months before Black Friday (when the trouble began), he was very loving, sweet, passionate and caring but yet brutally honest. We finally got the chance (about 2 months before the breakup) to actually see each other since I was going to school at NY and he wanted me to move in with him and offered to help pay my share if I couldnt come up with anything. He was estastic! But about 4-5 weeks before, I move in he tells me its getting bad up there, economy wise and alot of crime is going on and something more specific about and bad roomie situation he didnt want me involved in. So he tells me, hell move back to Richmond and tries to convince me to go with him because theirs film school there. GOOD NEWS-IM ABLE TO TRANSFER TO RICHMOND! Hes overjoyed happy that I get to move in and even tells me (after I say I have a feeling well be together for a while) he couldnt see himself without me and Ill see a grown man cry. A few days later I get a txt saying sorry but Im leaving again. When I ask, he says everything he does messes up. Without explaining much, he reveals that thiers some unresolved tension between him and his family and a family crisis happened. He didnt tell me too many details. I tried to console him at first not without telling him it was unfair to not tell me exactly whats going on. At first hes stubborn, then when I give him options he becomes defensive, angry moody and insensitive. When I start to cry (I say youre not coming back are you) he tells me not to cry because it doesnt solve anything. I just got off the phone. He txts me 5-10 minutes later saying I see u crying stop it it wont solve anything. Pissed but understanding I txt him a few encouraging words of love and hope. He gets pissed about his BATTERY DYING!!!! I decided not to txt him after this but early in the morning he txts me good morning. I ask him about his battery he gets pissed and defensive. I tell him sorry about the emotional altercation (I never said anything mean) he says its ok I saw how I felt and you saw how you felt. But I decide to just take on this battle another time. He told me hell call me on the next flight to Miami. I told him not to and he needs to get his head together and that I wished him the best and loved him, telling him he can talk to me anytime. HE GETS PISSED ABOUT THE BATTERY!!!! WHAT????? I dont txt him a week after this. (The last thing I told him was I was just txting you bcuz my phone was about to get cut off and the last thing I wanted to tell you was that I loved you. ) A couple days after this I tell him my phones back on and he can talk or txt me anytime, love you, wish you good luck!!!! HE tells me about how I killed his BATTERY. I tell him it was silly when he txt and called just to b**ch about it. HE txts me DUCES (as in im done). Fed up I tell him its his loss especially since I tried to be there for you and just encourage you and on top of that Im not going to be disrespected by a guy that cant spell deuces!!!! And that was the end of our relationship. I took time off (2 months of no contact) to focus on me and look at it objectively but I still care for him and miss him especially since we were great before this happened.!!!!! I recently saw him on Facebook (he got one on Christmas of this year the month we broke up) and I began to think of him. Do you think hes over me? (he always comes running back to me somehow-and always looking forward for me to initiate contact when I usually didnt) Or do you think I should just check up on him and try to initate contact? PLLLZZZZ HELP ME!!!!! P.S; He was my first love (I never really like alot of less mature or dumb guys) and I was the best girlfriends hes ever had (in his eyes) were both young adults if that helps.
Answer: Yeah just ask him what he wants and if he wants to be with you, so at least you know where you stand. If you are unsure about contacting him just do it and you will feel a lot better, maybe he's going through a hard time at the minute, you could ask him about that to show you care.

Im not very good at writing essays in the first place, to make it worse this one bored me out of my mind... LOL. The shoppers go crazy, and turn into a stampede of wild animals with no sense. In Wal-Mart someone actually managed to get trampled and killed by a stampede of people running through the doors. Then you see plenty of fights over the last of the merchandise on sale. The "hunters" win the fights and get their way, beating the "huntee" and getting the merchandise. Do You Think Ex Still Cares?

2 months ago my Scorpio ex of a year broke up with me (5 months on and off/7 month long distance) under some crazy circumstances leaving me hurt angry and confused. The week or better yet many months before Black Friday (when the trouble began), he was very loving, sweet, passionate and caring but yet brutally honest. I really loved him and cared about him deeply. We finally got the chance (about 2 months before the breakup) to actually see each other since I was going to school at NY and he wanted me to move in with him and offered to help pay my share if I couldnt come up with anything. He was estastic! But about 4-5 weeks before, I move in he tells me its getting bad up there, economy wise and alot of crime is going on and something more specific about and bad roomie situation he didnt want me involved in. So he tells me, hell move back to Richmond and tries to convince me to go with him because theirs film school there. GOOD NEWS-IM ABLE TO TRANSFER TO RICHMOND! Hes overjoyed happy that I get to move in and even tells me (after I say I have a feeling well be together for a while) he couldnt see himself without me and Ill see a grown man cry. A few days later I get a txt saying sorry but Im leaving again. When I ask, he says everything he does messes up. Without explaining much, he reveals that thiers some unresolved tension between him and his family and a family crisis happened. He didnt tell me too many details. I tried to console him at first not without telling him it was unfair to not tell me exactly whats going on. At first hes stubborn, then when I give him options he becomes defensive, angry moody and insensitive. When I start to cry (I say youre not coming back are you) he tells me not to cry because it doesnt solve anything. I just got off the phone. He txts me 5-10 minutes later saying I see u crying stop it it wont solve anything. Pissed but understanding I txt him a few encouraging words of love and hope. He gets pissed about his BATTERY DYING!!!! I decided not to txt him after this but early in the morning he txts me good morning. I ask him about his battery he gets pissed and defensive. I tell him sorry about the emotional altercation (I never said anything mean) he says its ok I saw how I felt and you saw how you felt. But I decide to just take on this battle another time. He told me hell call me on the next flight to Miami. I told him not to and he needs to get his head together and that I wished him the best and loved him, telling him he can talk to me anytime. HE GETS PISSED ABOUT THE BATTERY!!!! I dont txt him a week after this. (The last thing I told him was I was just txting you bcuz my phone was about to get cut off and the last thing I wanted to tell you was that I loved you. ) A couple days after this I tell him my phones back on and he can talk or txt me anytime, love you, wish you good luck!!!! HE tells me about how I killed his BATTERY. I tell him it was silly when he txt and called just to b**ch about it. HE txts me DUCES (as in im done). Fed up I tell him its his loss especially since I tried to be there for you and just encourage you and on top of that Im not going to be disrespected by a guy that cant spell deuces!!!! And that was the end of our relationship. I took time off (2 months of no contact) to focus on me and look at it objectively but I still care for him and miss him especially since we were great before this happened.!!!!! I recently saw him on Facebook (he got one on Christmas of this year the month we broke up-after he said he never needed or wanted one) Do you think hes over me? (he always comes running back to me somehow-and always looking forward for me to initiate contact when I usually didnt) Or do you think I should just check up on him and try to initate contact? PLLLZZZZ HELP ME!!!!! P.S; He was my first love (I never really like alot of less mature or dumb guys) and I was the best girlfriends hes ever had (in his eyes) were both young adults if that helps.

I was with a guy i thought was my first love and gonna be my first everything and he jus kept coming and going which always left me feeling like you are right now.. asking should i call, should i text, do i wait, do i tell him.. and now i finally moved on and am in another relationship that is jus as confusing.. but thru it all, the one advice I always give and still fail to take is it's time you take control of your happiness... I know it feels like it's impossible to imagine yourself without him but the irony is that's when they come running.. when they know you actually will be fine without them.. And the right guy simply doesn't give up on you.. all you will be expected to do will be to meet him half way.. I'm not asking you to give up on this.. he will probably still care.. but moaning about his battery is I think jus an excuse.. it can't be that upsetting.. so give him space.. and when you do BE HAPPY.. don be constantly checking your phone trying to see if he has texted or called, remember what you were like and what you enjoyed before you met him and go do it.. don ignore him if he contacts you.. be polite.. but don't be too eager and start spilling everything you are feeling.. try and think about how he'll react before you do anything.. tell him you respect his wishes and you value everything you guys shared and so you won't bother him if he doesn't want you to. Regardless, take control of your own happiness.. I'm really emotional so I know how hard that is.. it is a struggle but if you struggle to fight it and not feel so helpless things will look up for you.. I hope everything works out for you. I know Christmas will never COMPLETELY die, but the true meaning and the traditions weve all grown up with are under siege. Its so much about presents and money, perfect example, on Black Friday a Walmart employee trampled to death by the crowds? Were supposed to Say Holiday instead of Christmas now. I work at a radio station and referred to the Grinch as a Christmas Special, I got a call complaining. If eight crazy nights had been on I would have announced a haunaka special. Santa cant say Ho Ho Ho anymore? and hes being asked to loose weight to set a better example for the kids? and I recently saw that people are trying to discourage mistletoe because of pedophiles. Why are people attacking Christmas? Have we forgotten the innocents and magic of this holiday?! For those of who prefer the religious celebration, its all about how God gave us the gift of his son, to save us all. And if youre not into the religious aspect so much its about love, kindness, and giving from the heart, not the wallet. I really dont have a question. I am seeing a psychiatrist friday, but i wanna know?

what YOU think COULD be wrong with me or what this sounds like Amnesia. Room/Head spinning. Feeling unreal. Constant panic attacks. Trouble breathing. Feeling like Im going crazy or going to die. Seeing things (black figures of people and bugs mostly), Worrying constantly, Feeling like Im not in control of my body, Feeling dead, Feeling like a zombie, Feeling as if my daydreams are real, Cant remember if something was in a dream or really happened, Problems with time, Worrying about my family dying, Worrying about going catatonic, I stare sometimes- I dont move. I hold a certain position for a few minutes. It takes a lot to snap myself out of it. I hope I never get really bad, Rocking back and forth, Nausea, Thinking too much, being aggressive and mean, no longer interested in sex, sometimes I cant think, Sometimes I think too much, sometimes my brain/head gets very "heavy". blurred vision, hearing things OCCASIONALLY, feeling alone, feeling suicidal very often, no energy, constantly having to eat or drink for energy, terrible sleeping habits. Sometimes I wont sleep for 2 days. Sometimes Ill sleep for the whole day. Sometimes Ill sleep at 5am til like 12. Sometimes Ill sleep at 4pm til 2am. Its hard to remember too., trouble concentrating, I repeat things a lot when I talk, Cant recognize my family, friends, or pets, heart racing, feeling like Im going to have a heart attack, researching mental disorders very often- Thinking I have them, Thinking about my past too much, Ive become an atheist throughout this entire journey, nihilistic delusions, numbing. Especially in the mouth, tingling. constant dreaming. I remember most of them. Everything looking REALLY SUPER unfamiliar and blurry and confusing like Im on psychedelics or something, having to squeeze something when I have a panic attack, chest tightness, scared of spending my entire life in a psychiatric hospital, lack of care for personal hygiene, low self esteem, constant sadness, extremely sensitive, cant remember who/where I am, fear of taking medication to help myself, strange delusions about why Im here and who everyone else is, worrying about my health (physically and mentally), feeling like Im wasting my life, but I cant help it, this is probably repetitive, but feeling like my mind is "slipping" , agitation, ears ringing, "pressure" I dont know how to describe this one- its not like peer pressure. Its like literal pressure I feel on myself like in my ears and on my body., cant grasp things. Like when I watch a video I hear what the person is saying, but its hard to grasp it or think about it or understand it even if its really simple. It just goes in one ear and out the other, afraid of being/going "brain dead", No hope, and thats all I got for now, but Im sure there is more. Maybe Ill come back and tell you more if I think of them. Maybe not. Eh probably not. Thats enough. You get the idea. So yeah. im a teen girl btw. Ive had some of these for other 8 months, others are fairly new. Uh thanks, I know some of its depersonalization btw! just tell me what u think please.

It will make it easier for you to talk to him about what is going on in your world. Than arriving to the doctors, specially if it's your first appointment you don't want to be caught blank.
